Space Strategy & Management provides decision support for University of Arizona space utilization and records and reports on how space is used and assigned on campus. We provide and maintain data for UA's institutional space.

Space Strategy & Management accomplishes this through a broad range of activities, such as:

  • Maintaining the Physical Space Inventory, a comprehensive computerized space database and information system
  • Providing reports and data to the University community and the Arizona Board Of Regents (ABOR)
  • Providing Space APIs, databases and applications.
  • Working in conjunction with constituents to conduct space analyses with a true reflection of space utilization
  • Maintaining floor plans for all University space
  • Advising on space policy, procedures, and federal, state, and University guidelines
  • Collaborating with University Analytics & Institutional Research to develop tools available to the University community through UAccess Analytics
