Bear Down Gymnasium, Addition and Renovation
Description: The Bear Down Gymnasium is a significant historic structure in the heart of the Campus that requires renovation and modernization. This project includes the adaptive re-purposing of the historic facility, as well as an addition to the south of the building.

Bioscience Research Laboratories
Description: Construct a research facility that will bring together the University's basic scientists and physician researchers for collaborative translational research that will advance our understanding of the molecular basis of human health, aging and disease. This building will provide cutting-edge laboratories for pioneering interdisciplinary research in many health science disciplines relevant to the people of Arizona.

Engineering Innovation Building
Description: A new interdisciplinary research-center focused building to provide critically needed infrastructure to support student recruiting and retention, to provide a foundation for growing research and innovative discovery programs, and to consolidate key research and support functions into a single location for increasing effectiveness and branding.

Environment & Natural Resources Phase 2 (ENR2)
Description: This new facility at 1064 E. Lowell St.(ENR2) east of the DeConcini ENRB1 furthers interdisciplinary research in earth, environmental, natural resources, math and related sciences. Included are faculty offices, conferencing, support spaces with related research/instructional dry laboratories and work space. A large classroom auditorium meets the critical need to teach an increasing number of students.

Fifth Street Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements
Description: Pedestrian, bicycle, and fire lane improvements to the 5th Street corridor between Euclid and Tyndall Avenues, including the redesign of the semi-circle parking lot at Tyndall Avenue. The bicycle improvements will connect with the proposed City 5th Street Bicycle Boulevard west of Euclid Avenue. Current funding is for design.

Health Education & Advanced Technologies Building
Description: Located at the Arizona Health Sciences Center, this new facility is a multi-disciplinary, inter-professional education and simulated practice building fostering trans-disciplinary collaborations and serving as a unique place for interactions between multidisciplinary teams of health professionals, students and faculty. in medicine, nursing, pharmacy and public health. In addition to flexible large,medium and small group/team learning areas the facility includes a state-of-the-art clinical skills and simulations center for a broad spectrum of instruction and applications.

Jimenez Field, Sand Volleyball Court Renovation Study
Description: ICA would like to locate four sand volleyball courts at the north end of Jimenez Field for women's doubles NCAA sand volleyball team match play. A new main entry to the field along with grandstands for spectators, concession area, restrooms, team room will be included in the scope of the project.

Lowell-Stevens Football Facility (Az Stadium, North End Zone Expansion)
Description: Construction of the new north end-zone facility at Arizona Stadium will provide upgraded premium seating and fan amenities, relocate and provide new facilities for the football program and provide new concourses cross connecting access to the east and west stadium seating sections.

McKale Memorial Center Improvements
Description: Built in 1973, McKale Memorial Center is approaching 40 years of continuous heavy use. It is the largest in-door public assembly building on campus and provides seating for 14,650 spectators. The proposed 322,789 gross square foot (GSF) Mckale Memorial Center improvements project will construct new concourses to improve access to all arena seating and add restrooms and concession spaces to improve the fan experience. New spaces to be constructed along with the release of existing space from the re-location of the football program to North Stadium addition will allow the reconfiguration, renovation and expansion of the administrative and athletic programs that will remain in the McKale Memorial Center.

North Campus Infrastructure
Description: North Campus Infrastructure is a multi-stage, multi-element project which will expand the University's existing infrastructure including, but not limited to mechanical; electrical; telecommunications utility distribution systems; central plant heating, chilled water and potable water production; sewer and surface drainage to support the new Engineering Innovation Building, Bioscience Research Labs, and future campus growth.

Old Main Renovation
Description: Old Main is the University of Arizona's original building and an historic icon for the UA. Over the years the building has received incremental remedial improvements and continues to require significant attention as it ages. The building will undergo structural repairs, infrastructure improvements as well as a complete renovation to be re-purposed for administrative functions.

South Campus Edge Enhancement
Description: Landscape improvements to three vacant lots on 7th Street and Martin Avenue along the south campus planning boundary and one vacant lot at 210 N Park Avenue. Facilities Management will perform the landscape construction work.
