Old Main Renovation

Old Main is the University of Arizona's original building and an historic icon for the UA. Over the years the building has received incremental remedial improvements and continues to require significant attention as it ages. The building will undergo structural repairs, infrastructure improvements as well as a complete renovation to be re-purposed for administrative functions.

Construction Documentation is complete. Re-construction of interior spaces is entering the finish stage. New interior walls and ceilings are drywalled and plaster work is underway. On the building exterior, the replacement of the roof is underway and the porch framing is nearing completion.
