The College of Pharmacy intends to continue its innovation and excellence in research, practice, and education and make a substantial impact on improving the health of the people of Arizona and around the world. This project will provide the College with both new and renovated state-of-the-art facilities to ensure its growth and capacity to adapt to the dynamic and changing fields in pharmaceutical sciences.
The University of Arizona requests interested contractors to submit proposals for selection as a University of Arizona designated Job Order Contract (JOC) Contractor under the work categories of General Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Utility or Building Automation. The term of this JOC Contract will be for five (5) years beginning July 1, 2017. Individual Work Orders (less than $1.99M in construction cost) will be awarded to selected JOC Contractors on an as needed basis during this 5 year period. The University of Arizona does not guarantee that any minimum amount of work will be awarded to any designated JOC Contractor or JOC Contract resulting from this solicitation.
