Description

This project remodels Room 205 in the Student Union Memorial Center to create a new restaurant concept that will feature bar food menu items as well as beer and wine. A small brewery will highlight the CALES master brewery program and produce beer on site that will be delivered directly to the new bar.

Status

Restaurant construction is complete. Brewery in construction phase. Awaiting delivery of brew equipment. Estimated completion of brewery is set for spring.
