Description

3,800 GSF renovation to the 1st floor of El Portal. The renovation includes rooms 103, 104, 105, 105A, 106 and 108 to be remodeled into 3 offices, main lobby, space for work stations, lactation room and renovation to existing conference room.

Status

Project is in construction phase. Drywall and paint is complete and interior windows have been installed. Finalizing ceiling rough-in. Exterior canopy is being installed. Estimated completion date for project is set for summer.
